Penny Candy - House Blend

Our most accessible menu offering was designed for all types of coffee drinkers. The components change with seasonality, but we curate coffees with similar flavor profiles for consistency. Our Penny Candy blend performs well as an espresso or brewed as a pour over. The sweet and balanced flavors are delicious and round without additives, but Penny Candy also holds its own with cream and sugar. This is an everyday blend that everyone will enjoy.

 

 

HONDURAS - RESERVA PACAVITA

Producer: Silvestre Vasquez & Joel Lopez

Variety: Lempiras, Caturra, Catuai, IHCAFE 90

Region: Western Region

Altitude: 1400-1700 masl

Process: Fully washed

This new offering is from the Western Region of Honduras, a region well-known growing region . High-altitudes with fertile clay soil and an idyllic climate produce high-quality coffee cherries.

We’re happy to say that this coffee was also produced using organic growing methods!

Reserva Pacavita is a chocolately & nutty coffee that is sugary sweet from start to finish. We’ve been loving it’s accessible flavor profile and creamy mouthfeel. It’s a coffee that everybody can enjoy.


 
 
 

DARKER ROAST - COLOMBIA

If you’re looking for a bit more boldness in your cup, but without the ashy or oily taste dark roasts can leave in your mouth. This is the Darker Roast for you!

We take the roast level on this high quality coffee deeper which develops flavor notes akin to dried fruits and dark chocolate.

It’s a balanced, syrupy cup with a full and robust mouthfeel.

 

 
 

DECAF MEXICO - Veracruz mwp

This coffee from Mexico has been decaffeinated by a method called Mountain Water Process. This chemical-free method uses pure water to remove caffeine from the raw green coffee, the process trademarked by the Descamex facility.

Flavors are preserved due to chemical-free processing. The result is a cup of coffee with all the nuances of the terroir.

We’ve been loving the sweet & nutty flavors of this tasty decaf option. The creamy mouthfeel holds up to additives too!
