We're excited to share our latest arrival: an exceptional natural-process Ethiopian coffee from the Bura Hamasho site in Ethiopia's renowned Sidama Zone.
This fresh-crop release comes from smallholder farmers delivering ripe cherries to the Bura Hamasho Mill, managed by Zablon Trading PLC. Grown at elevations between 1,950–2,150 masl in fertile red clay soils with ample rainfall, these JARC-selected varieties (74112 and 74110) are sun-dried to unlock the full depth and complexity Sidama is known for.
